 A recent trend in automotive electronics is the increasing popularity of car navigation systems with multi-media functions, and these high-function devices are incorporating ever more entertainment features. Applications in motorcycles have also started to appear.
 With these advances there is a demand to connect car navigation systems with portable devices like digital audio players in order to enjoy the music stored in them.
 To answer this demand, JAE has developed the MX39 Series USB 2.0 transmission compatible automotive connector.
 The MX39 series connector not only satisfies USB 2.0 transmission performance, but it was also specifically designed to have the robust environment-resistance required for an automotive connector.
 And in the cable, shielded wire developed for automotive applications is used. The connector´s heat, shock and vibration resistant features that make it ideal as an automotive connector also make it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

 Connector and cable designed for automotive applications.
 Transmission performance meets PC level USB 2.0 standard.
 Noise removed due to double metal shell shielding structure for EMI control.
 1 row, 4 position type with 2.2mm side pitch.
 Angle and straight board connector versions. Angle type with keys to prevent mis-mating is also available.
 Mechanical lock and twist-resistant structure for mated connector.
 In addition to board-to-cable type, cable-to-cable type is available for cable relay (allows for easier wiring during car assembly).
 Harness assembly done at JAE to ensure total reliability and transmission performance.
