About our Quality Policy
【We will provide products that satisfy our customers】
Under this policy, our company will implement the following activities, comply with the laws and regulatory demands, and satisfy customer demands. This is to establish target quality milestones and work on continual improvement in order to provide a “better” and “cost-effective” product at a “faster delivery date.
a) We operate the Quality Management System for the purpose of adapting to customer demands as well as providing strategic direction. To evaluate the effectiveness of such, management review and an effective PDCA cycle activity are deployed for continuous improvement.
b) To accomplish the Quality Policy, target quality milestones are set up and are incorporated into the operation planning. Additionally, in order to realize and implement an effective activity, the result of the operation planning is evaluated via management review.
c) Regarding the compliance of the Quality Policy, laws, regulations, and standard requirements, they are to be actively promoted and disseminated throughout the organization via in-house communication such as meetings, message boards, and notification.
d) The Quality Policy is to be reviewed whenever and wherever necessary through the results of the management review for maintaining its adequacy.
