Education for each job function:
Employees involved in environmental aspects and environmental management systems (administrators, executives, auditors etc.)
Personnel engaged in specified work that may have a significant environmental impact (qualified personnel etc.)
As an example, the following energy saving education was given to all employees.
Objective: Raise awareness and promote energy saving activities
Scope of activities: Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd., and all its domestic group companies
Period: May 2011 and November 2011

Outcome:
Number of participants: Approximately 3,000
Results: All employees passed
Future issues:
This time, the training was held separately for Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd., and all its domestic group companies, but we are considering holding it together next time.
