The Los Angeles Angels are Headed Back to the Field as JAE Looks Forward to Another Year as a Sponsor!

The 2020 season of Major League Baseball has finally begun! JAE is excited to continue as a sponsor of the Los Angeles Angels for the third consecutive season. We are proud to partner with the Los Angeles Angels, who possess many outstanding players, including two-way talent Shohei Ohtani.

The opening of the 2020 season was postponed due to the spread of COVID-19, but finally returned on July 24th for a 60 game season. Under the management of legendary Joe Maddon, this season we expect the Los Angeles Angels to make great achievements featuring high-profile athletes such as two-way sensation Shohei Ohtani, three-time MVP Mike Trout, and prized off-season acquisition Anthony Rendon.

JAE Electronics, Inc. (JAE US), a US subsidiary of Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd. (JAE) will be a sponsor of the Los Angeles Angels of Major League Baseball for the 2019-2021 seasons. JAE US North American Headquarters is located in Irvine, California. The Los Angeles Angels partnership was started in an effort to support the local sports community as part of a larger effort to increase corporate brand awareness in the US and Japan. The performance of Japanese Superstar Shohei Ohtani has attracted enormous attention for the Angels in the US and Japan.

As part of this sponsorship, JAE will be given a spot on the home plate rotating banner, displayed during one half inning of each home game, starting from the opening game on July 28th (in the morning of July 29th Japan time). We are very excited about this partnership and look forward to a strong ongoing and successful relationship with the Angels in the 2020 year and beyond.
