Handling of Customers’ Personal Information

The personal information of customers who visit the exhibition booths of this Company and its domestic and overseas group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company Group”)(please see here), the personal information collected by the Company Group when the customers browse the website of the Company Group(hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as other personal information of customers collected by the Company Group, regardless of how they are collected, will be treated especially in terms of their purposes of uses and other details as follows.

Purpose of Use
The Company Group will use customers’ personal information for the following purposes.
1. To respond to inquiries and catalog requests received from customers (hereinafter referred to as “inquiries, etc.”) and manage the history of such inquiries, etc.
2. To distribute free information (new product information, technical information, events, etc.) from the Company Group.
3. For the Company Group’s marketing and sales activities.
4. To improve the services, to improve the Website, to customize free information e-mails from the Company Group according to the preferences of customers, to solve problems on web servers, etc, which are listed in Section 8 below.
