Environmental Education

In addition to general education, separate training programs unique to each management body are also offered.     
Training by level:
(1)    Regular new employee training
(2)    Newly appointed supervisor and team leader training
(3)    Newly appointed manager and supervisor training
(4)    Individual education for employees of each management body

Education for each job function
(1)     Employees involved in environmental aspects and environmental management systems (administrators, executives, auditors, etc.)
Follow-up training for environmental internal auditors, enrichment training, quality advisor enrichment training
(see Green Procurement page), and renewed education, etc.
(2)     Training for employees (qualified personnel, etc.) engaged in work that could have a specific impact on the environment
Examples of environmental education:
(1)     Energy conservation training taken by all JAE Group employees in Japan
Objective: Raise awareness and promote energy-saving activities
Scope of activities: Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd., and all its domestic group companies
Period: July to August 2016

Outcome:
  Participants: 3,708
  Results: All employees passed 

(2)     Education on waste materials provided to employees and related persons at the Akishima Plant
Objective: Further improve recycling effectiveness
Scope of activities: Employees and stakeholders of Akishima Plant, Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd.
Period: February to March 2017

Outcome:
