Environmental Education
In addition to general education, separate training programs unique to each management body are also offered.Training by level:
(1)egular new employee training
Objective: Environmental education for regular new employees
Target: Japan Aviation Electronics Industry's regular new employees
Schedule: April 2012
Method: Group learning
Outcome:
Number of participants: 27 employees participated
Result: All employees passed
(2)Newly appointed supervisor and team leader training
(3)Newly appointed manager and supervisor training
(4)Employees of each management body
Education for each job function:
- Employees involved in environmental aspects and environmental management systems (administrators, executives, auditors etc.)
Follow-up training for environmental internal auditors, enrichment training, quality advisor enrichment training
(see Green Procurement page), and renewed education etc. - Training for employees (qualified personnel etc.) engaged in work that may have a specific impact on the environment
As an example, the following energy saving education was given to all employees.
Objective: Raise awareness and promote energy saving activities
Scope of activities: Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Ltd., and all its domestic group companies
Period: June to August 2012
Method: e-learning
Outcome:
Number of participants: Approximately 3,000
Results: All employees passed
